Site Evaluation

Properties not served by public wastewater systems typically meet this need with a subsurface wastewater disposal system designed to accommodate site specific limitations. Our Licensed Site Evaluators evaluate potential sites for suitable soils and identify the limitations to a subsurface system for less suitable sites. They use this information and the proposed use of the property to design a subsurface wastewater disposal system for the proposed project, from residential buildings to commercial facilities in rural areas.
